We store it, back it up, and make it available to you and users you invite. We do not sell it, mine it for our own product marketing, or disclose it outside of the authorized access controls you configure, except as required by law.

After account closure, data is retained for 90 days to allow account recovery and then deleted, except where longer retention is required by law or to resolve disputes. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time; email records are removed from active lists within 30 days of request.
We apply commercially reasonable technical and organizational controls — encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, audit logging, routine backups, and periodic security review. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we aim for a security posture appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we handle, including ISO/IEC 27001-aligned controls for customer production data.
