Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last updated: April 17, 2026

Your rights under California law

California residents have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

What this means on CalibrationOS

CalibrationOS does not sell personal information for money. We may, however, use cookies that under California's broad definition could be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can turn these off with one click below. Doing so sets our cookie preference to disable all non-essential analytics and advertising cookies.

Opt out of sale / sharing

Clicking below turns off analytics and marketing cookies on this browser. You can re-enable them later with the Cookie settings link in the footer.

How to make a broader request

To submit a verifiable CCPA/CPRA request — including right to know, right to delete, right to correct, or right to limit use of sensitive personal information — email [email protected] with the subject line "CCPA request." We will respond within 45 days as required by law.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written permission and we may require that you verify your identity directly with us.

Non-discrimination

We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised your CCPA/CPRA rights.
