Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new plan's features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

Yes. Starter and Professional plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You'll only be charged if you decide to continue after the trial.

What happens when I hit my asset limit?

You'll see a notification that you've reached your limit. Existing equipment and calibrations are never affected — you just can't add new equipment until you upgrade or remove existing items.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing is available for Starter and Professional plans with a 20% discount. Contact us to set up annual billing.

Can I export my data?

Yes. All plans include full data export in CSV and JSON formats. Your data is always yours — no lock-in.
